Recently, some of our children took part in the Anti-Bullying Schools Project run by Knotty Ash Primary School & Deaf Resource Base, which started back in June and was showcased at a wonderful event at St George’s Hall.
The children have been learning motivational songs to sign along with other schools, not just from Liverpool but as far as Ireland. They have been fully committed to this project and have even learnt the songs with their families at home. At the event, they listened to guest speakers read out poems and children’s own stories of how they have been bullied and dealt with bullies. The Lord Mayor was at the event along with Rodger Philips from Radio Merseyside. A big well done to Maddison, Kayley, Kaleb, Callie, Scarlett, Annabelle, Ivy, Remileigh and Mollie from Y4 and Y5 for representing our school so well!
