Last week, 45 of our Year 6 children went on their first school residential to PGL Boreatton Park. They were absolutely fantastic and we cannot sing their praises enough! Their behaviour was brilliant from start to finish: they were so kind to each other, followed every instruction and threw themselves into the activities on offer. They had the opportunity to take part in canoeing, zip wire, rifle shooting, problem-solving, abseiling, aeroball and the giant swing during the day time, and at night took part in a campfire (including roasting marshmallows and singing songs!) and a quiz. The staff who attended were so proud of their attitudes, resilience and how much they looked after each other. They were wonderful role models for our school, and parents should be so proud of them! Well done Year 6!
